Our mature orchard of apples and pears creates a lovely refreshing juice.

Once our fruit has ripened in the warm summer sun, we pick it by hand in September, and take it to Biddenden Vineyard for pressing, bottling and labelling. Small amounts of Vitamin C are added as an antioxidant, but no sugar.
